Job Responsibilities
As a Van Salesman, you will play an important role in ensuring products reach customers efficiently while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Your responsibilities include:
Selling products to retail customers and business clients.
Managing daily delivery routes efficiently.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Achieving monthly sales targets.
Ensuring proper product merchandising and stock rotation.
Introducing new products and promotional offers.
Collecting payments from customers when required.
Preparing daily sales reports.
Maintaining company standards during deliveries.
Ensuring the assigned vehicle is kept clean and in good condition.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants should meet the following requirements:
Valid Qatar Medium Truck Driving License (Mandatory)
Previous Van Sales or FMCG Sales experience
Excellent communication skills
Customer-focused attitude
Ability to work independently
Good time management skills
Knowledge of Doha routes is an advantage
Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an added advantage)
Candidates without a valid Qatar Medium Truck License are generally not eligible for this role.
Preferred Experience
Monoprix Qatar is looking for candidates who have:
4–5 years of FMCG sales experience
Experience selling beverages, food, dairy, snacks, or consumer products
Experience in retail distribution
Good negotiation skills
